At your initial appointment you can expect to be greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Our receptionist will offer you a beverage and we always have fresh, delicious cookies and fruit. We pride ourselves on running on time. Most patients are roomed within five to ten minutes of their arrival. You will be asked to complete paper work that includes your demographics, medical history and reason for your visit. If we are billing insurance for your visit, we will make a copy of your insurance cards. You should be prepared to pay your co-payment at the time of check in.
